Help when you need it

What to do, in order

  1. 1
Emergency firstCall local emergency services and your school's emergency contact before anything else.
  2. 2
Tell your advisorContact your Pilots Assist advisor by phone, WhatsApp or email so we start working the issue with your school.
  3. 3
Facts and documentsShare what happened and any messages, invoices or documents, so the case is handled once, not repeatedly.
  4. 4
EscalationIf the school cannot resolve it, the issue moves to a senior contact with a named owner.
  5. 5
Follow-upWe confirm the outcome with you, and with your parents if you agree.

We cannot control the weather, a school's schedule or an embassy decision, but you will not be left to chase it alone.

Questions

Questions about cadet support

Who do I contact first when something goes wrong?

In an emergency, call local emergency services and your school's emergency contact first. Then contact your Pilots Assist advisor on +91 97779 71598 by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Can my parents get updates?

Yes. We give families regular progress updates, with your agreement.

Do you help with my student visa and renewals?

We help prepare your visa file, track appointments and flag renewal and document deadlines. The embassy or immigration office makes the decision, and we cannot guarantee a visa.

What happens if my training is delayed by weather or maintenance?

These delays are a normal part of flight training. Your advisor speaks to the school about a catch-up plan, and your costed plan includes a contingency buffer for extra hours.

Is there a fee to talk to you?

No. The first counselling call to check eligibility and map your route costs nothing, and there is no deposit to talk to us.
