No. The first counselling call to check eligibility and map your route costs nothing, and there is no deposit to talk to us.
Pilots Assist (PA) is an independent placement and support company for people who want to become pilots. We work with independent partner flight schools in seven destinations and help you from your first counselling call until you hold your licence. The schools run the flight training; we guide, plan and support you around it.
No. Counselling is free and there is no deposit to talk to us. You can ask every question you have, compare destinations and see a plan before you decide anything.
We help with school admission, education-loan applications, visa file preparation, and, for Indian students, the DGCA Computer Number and DGCA exams. We also help with arrival and accommodation, check in on your progress during training, help you apply to airlines after your licence, and help you get into OJT (on-the-job training) programmes where they are available. When you come home, we help you convert your foreign licence.
You get one named advisor who stays with you from counselling to licence, so you never have to explain your story twice. Alongside your advisor, our cadet desk is there for students who are already training abroad.
No. Our partner flight schools are independent and run their own training, aircraft and instructors under their country's aviation regulator. Our role is to match you with the right school, prepare your paperwork and stay beside you throughout.
We properly vet every partner school before we suggest it, and then match it to you: your budget, your timeline and the country where you want to fly afterwards. You receive the school's ATO or Operating Certificate, and we show you how to check with the regulator that it is valid. Each country page names its regulator, and the choice is always yours.
You pay the flight school directly, on the school's own easy payment plan; the school receives all training fees. Pilots Assist does not hold your training money. Your advisor walks you through each instalment before you pay it.
