How we handle your information.

Enquiry and loan forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, country, programme interest, preferred destination, budget range, loan requirement and message. We also collect the source page, referrer, UTM campaign fields, user agent and a one-way hashed IP identifier used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address in the enquiries record.

We use this information to respond to your request, assess relevant training or education-loan pathways, provide counselling and student support, attribute enquiries to campaigns, maintain service records, prevent form abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorised PilotsAssist team members and service providers that support website hosting, database operations and communication. Where you request finance or placement assistance, relevant details may be shared with a lender or training partner only as needed to progress that request.

Form submissions are stored in Supabase Postgres in the Mumbai region. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we take proportionate steps to protect the information entrusted to us.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. Records that are no longer required will be deleted or anonymised in line with our retention process.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent to future contact, by emailing admissions@pilotsassist.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate record-keeping obligations require it.

Website enquiry consent is currently recorded against consent policy version 1.0. This policy is intended to be read consistently with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date and version presented with the relevant form.
