A commercial licence is a sequence, not a purchase: medical, ground exams, 200 hours, an instrument rating, a multi-engine rating and a conversion back to DGCA. We plan the whole sequence before you book a single hour.

Doing ratings in the wrong order is the most common and most expensive mistake in flight training. This is the sequence we recommend to most Indian students.

STEP 01
Class 1 Medical
Cleared before any money moves. A DGCA Class 1 medical protects you from paying for a career you can't legally hold.
- 02~45 hrs
STEP 02
Private Pilot Licence
Your first solo, cross-country navigation and basic airmanship — the foundation everything else is graded against.
- 03~100 hrs
STEP 03
Hour Building
The cheapest hours you'll ever fly. Base choice matters most here; weather-driven delays are what blow up budgets.
- 04~40 hrs
STEP 04
Instrument Rating
Flying by reference to instruments alone. Non-negotiable for airline work and heavily simulator-supported.
- 05~15 hrs
STEP 05
Multi-Engine Rating
Asymmetric handling and engine-failure management on a light twin — the rating airlines look for first.
- 06200 hrs total
STEP 06
CPL + DGCA Conversion
Skill test, licence issue, then DGCA exams, RTR(A) and the conversion check so the licence works in India.
