Truly grateful to the entire PilotsAssist team.”

Ranbir

“I started completely from scratch, completed my PPL and am now continuing towards my CPL. Throughout the journey, PilotsAssist has been more than just a training facilitator, they have been a mentor and a genuine support system. I’m grateful to have them beside me as I continue working towards my dream.”

Divyansh

“From working as an Embraer AME to stepping into the cockpit as a pilot, it has been an incredible transition. After being introduced to PilotsAssist, things moved surprisingly quickly and before I knew it, I was in Cape Town beginning my pilot training and turning a long-time dream into reality. The team has been exceptional throughout, often going far beyond what was expected of them. Truly grateful for the support.”

Aryan

“From wondering how and where to begin my pilot training to finally sitting inside an aircraft for my first flight, PilotsAssist guided me through every stage. Their support made the entire transition into aviation much smoother and more exciting. Thank you to the PilotsAssist team for helping me turn the plan into reality.”

Rajdeep

“All the way from Hong Kong to Cape Town, I needed someone who could help me make the transition smoothly and get everything moving. I will always be grateful to the PilotsAssist team for their support throughout this journey.”

Vikram

“From a midnight urgency to getting onboarded and starting my first flight within just a few days, the experience with PilotsAssist was incredible. The team responded quickly, handled everything efficiently and made sure my training journey started without unnecessary delays. Amazing team and an amazing experience.”

Shannon

“I was stuck in a phase where I simply wasn’t flying enough and felt like my training had stopped progressing. Once I was introduced to PilotsAssist, everything started moving again. They helped me switch schools, sort out my licensing requirements and connect with a training provider where I could finally fly consistently, sometimes every alternate day. Forever grateful to the team for helping me get back into the cockpit and move towards completing my flying.”

Vaishali

“My training had reached a point where progress had become extremely slow and I wasn’t getting the flying continuity I needed. PilotsAssist stepped in, understood the situation and helped reorganise my training journey. From helping with the transition to another training provider to assisting with the necessary licensing process, they helped me get back to regular flying and move forward again. I’m genuinely thankful for their support.”

Questions

Before you book

Does it cost anything to talk to you?

No. Counselling is free and there is no deposit to talk to us. You can ask every question you have, compare destinations and see a plan before you decide anything.

Who will I deal with at Pilots Assist?

You get one named advisor who stays with you from counselling to licence, so you never have to explain your story twice. Alongside your advisor, our cadet desk is there for students who are already training abroad.

Am I eligible to become a pilot?

In all seven destinations you can hold a commercial pilot licence (CPL) from age 18, and you need to meet the medical standard and aviation English at ICAO Level 4 or above. Airline-bound pilots should hold a Class 1 medical. If you plan to fly in India, DGCA also asks for Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics. Our free eligibility checker and your advisor can look at your case in detail.

How much does pilot training cost?

It depends on the destination, the school, the exchange rate and how quickly you progress. Our cost calculator shows current estimates by destination, in your own currency, and your advisor then builds a costed plan for your exact route. We don't quote one fixed price, because honest numbers change with the school and the currency.

Can you help us get an education loan?

Yes. Students from India can use Pilots Sky Lend, our education-loan application support for CPL training, type ratings and ground classes. It covers collateral and non-collateral routes, a lender-ready file and disbursement planned around the school's fee stages. If you live elsewhere, we offer loan guidance on how families usually fund training in your country.

Will I get an airline job after training?

We help you apply to airlines after your licence and help you get into an OJT (on-the-job training) programme where one is available. A well-planned licence, a converted home licence and good records put you in a strong position.
