PilotsAssist

For flight schools, TROs, ground schools & investors

Admissions open

Bring our cadet pipeline into your school.

We already screen, counsel, fund and place cadets across four training regions. Flight schools, type-rating organisations and ground schools partner with us to fill seats faster with a name cadets already trust — and we're open to conversations with investors who want to back how we scale that model.

Why partner with us

What a PilotsAssist partnership actually changes.

We're not another lead-referral list. Cadets arrive already counselled on budget, medical status and licence goal, with financing already in motion.

Pipeline

01

Screened, funded cadets

Cadets are counselled on eligibility, budget and licence goal before your admissions team ever sees the file — fewer stalled or under-financed enrolments.

Reach

02

Marketing reach, no ad spend

Your programme is presented to cadets already searching for a training route, through our site, counselling calls and regional desks.

Credibility

03

Credibility by association

A PilotsAssist-reviewed listing signals a vetted, safety-conscious school to prospective cadets and, just as importantly, their parents.

Ground support

04

On-the-ground cadet welfare

Our regional teams handle visa filing, accommodation and day-to-day welfare, so your instructors stay focused on flying, not admin.

Conversion

05

DGCA-aware from day one

We track each cadet's return-to-India conversion path from enrolment, so a foreign-licensed graduate isn't stuck at the finish line.

Contact

A single point of contact instead of juggling multiple agents and consultants per cadet.

Partnership models

Four ways to work with us.

Most partners fit one of these — tell us which, and we'll take it from there.

  • Flight schools — PPL/CPL ab-initio training capacity for cadet intake
  • Type rating organisations — simulator and full type-rating course slots
  • Ground schools — DGCA exam coaching capacity for conversion cadets
  • Regional operations & management — full joint ventures, like our Africa partnership below

Our Africa operations partner

Built for years, still building together.

AeroGuide has run our South Africa management and operations as a joint venture for years — one of the clearest examples of what a long-term regional partnership with us looks like in practice.

  • A long-standing South Africa management & operations partner
  • A joint venture spanning training delivery and day-to-day operations
  • Built into a successful, all-round partnership alongside international training providers and operators

How it works

From first call to a live partnership.

The same audited approach we use for every cadet, applied to how we bring a partner on board.

  1. 01

    STEP 01

    Introduction call

Tell us your certifications (SACAA, FAA, EASA, CASA or equivalent), current capacity and intake calendar.

    WEEK 1
  2. 02

    STEP 02

    Due diligence

We review safety record, fleet or simulator capacity, and instructor strength before anything is agreed.

    WEEK 2–3
  3. 03

    STEP 03

    Commercial terms

Referral terms, fee structure and — for regional partners — joint venture structure, agreed directly with our partnerships desk.

    WEEK 3–4
  4. 04

    STEP 04

    Onboarding & listing

Your programme goes live to our counselling teams and, where relevant, on our site.

    WEEK 5
  5. 05

    STEP 05

    Ongoing performance review

Regular intake reviews together — the same accountability we apply to every cadet's own route.

    CONTINUOUS

For investors

Backing the model behind the pipeline.

PilotsAssist already runs training, finance and licence-conversion pipelines across four regions, with a regional joint venture already proven in Africa through AeroGuide. We're open to conversations with investors who want to back the next phase of that growth — reach out directly and our founding team will walk you through where we stand, under NDA if needed.

What we look for

A short list, checked before anything else.

This applies whether you're a single ground school or a regional operator — we check the same basics before any commercial conversation starts.

  • Current regulatory certification — SACAA, FAA, EASA, CASA or an equivalent authority
  • A verifiable safety record you're willing to have reviewed
  • Capacity to absorb cadet intake within a realistic, stated timeline
  • Responsive, cadet-facing communication once a booking is confirmed

Straight answers

Questions partners ask us first.

Still unsure where you fit? Our partnerships desk answers the direct questions too — terms, exclusivity and confidentiality included.

There's no cost to start the conversation. Commercial terms — referral fees, capacity commitments or, for a regional joint venture, equity and operating structure — are agreed directly with our partnerships desk and vary by partnership type and region.

No blanket rule. A standard training or listing partnership is usually non-exclusive; a regional management and operations joint venture, like our long-standing partnership with AeroGuide in Africa, is structured differently. We'll be upfront about what a given partnership model expects before you commit to anything.

Through our counselling calls and site content, matched against your certification, capacity and each cadet's budget, timeline and licence goal — not a blind hand-off.

Yes. We work with ground schools on DGCA exam coaching capacity for cadets converting a foreign licence, as a separate track from flight-training partnerships.

The same partnerships desk. Tell us you're reaching out about investment and we'll route the conversation to our founding team directly.

Under NDA on request, before any detailed operating or financial information changes hands.
