Terms & Conditions for our Students & International Clients.

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Pilots Assist’s services, including flight training programs, provided by Pilots Assist (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in our programs, you (“the student” or “you”) agree to abide by these Terms.

Student Conduct

You are required to maintain professional behaviour at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour would not be tolerated.

Equal Treatment

We and our training partners believe in equal treatment regardless, of race/nationality/ gender and religion. There is no room for any discrimination or biasness.

Program Changes

Any changes in programs/course is subject to the change as per the partnered flying schools.

Payment and Fees

All fees must be paid as per the payment schedule provided by the flight schools. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension from the program.

Visa Assistance Services

To avail our visa assistance services, the students have to complete the admission process with the respective flying school.

Privacy

We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you agree to our data handling practices.
