CPL COURSE SYLLABUS

To obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), aspiring pilots must complete comprehensive training across three main areas: ground training, simulator training, and flying training. The CPL syllabus, as mandated by DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) requirements, focuses on building a thorough understanding of key concepts through various subjects. These subjects, covered during CPL ground training, include:

– Air Regulations

– Aviation Meteorology

– Air Navigation

– Technical General

– Technical Specific

– Radio Telephony Operator’s License

The CPL training program typically spans a duration of 10-12 months. During this time, candidates undergo academic sessions on the ground, where they delve into theoretical aspects of aviation. Additionally, they accumulate 200 hours of flying training, which is crucial for practical proficiency in piloting aircraft.

This structured training regimen ensures that aspiring pilots acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to operate aircraft safely and efficiently, meeting the stringent standards set forth by aviation regulatory authorities.
